A Citizen's Petition to
Your U.S. Senators and Representative

Whereas:   More than 1.4 million unborn babies are killed each year in America, tens of thousands of them who were conceived by a minor out of wedlock; and

Whereas:   Activist pro-abortion judges routinely render state parental intervention laws ineffective by rubber-stamping "judicial bypass" requests so often that many laws are rarely enforced; and

Whereas:   The lack of a unified national law makes it easy to avoid state parental involvement laws simply by transporting teenage girls to neighboring states without such safeguards; and

Whereas:   Passage of a tough, national parental intervention law would in the coming years not only save the lives of tens of thousands of innocent babies, but would also build momentum for an end to all abortion-on-demand by exposing the radical nature of pro-abortion politicians.

Therefore: I urge you to work with pro-life members of your party, as well as Congressmen and Senators across the aisle, to pass the Parental Notification and Intervention Act which would give parents in all fifty states the right to stop an abortion on their minor daughter.
