Whereas:   More than 1.4 million unborn babies are killed each year in America; and
Whereas:   The presence of a heartbeat at as early as three weeks exposes the abortion lobby's lie that unborn babies are just "lifeless tissue;" and
Whereas:   The clearest sign of human life is the presence of a beating heart; and
Whereas:   Recent polls show that seven in ten Americans agree that unborn life should be protected as long as a heartbeat can be detected;
